What data we collect

We only process the data you provide voluntarily:

• Via the contact form: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Via WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the content of the conversation, including the search preferences you tell us (area, budget, property type).
• Automatically: IP address, browser, language and, only if you accept cookies, browsing data and the advertising campaign you came from.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and send you properties matching your requirements. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• To manage the commercial relationship if you engage our intermediary services. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To measure our advertising, only if you accept cookies. Legal basis: your consent.

Who we share it with

Property developers. When you show specific interest in a development and wish to view it, reserve it or receive official documentation, INMODESJU, S.L. may pass your name and contact details to the developer of that project, as this is necessary to handle your request. This is not done automatically or indiscriminately, only for the developments you are interested in.

Our technology providers also process data on our behalf as processors under contract: our server hosting provider and our email provider. If you accept cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. process browsing data as independent controllers.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and then for 3 years from the last contact, after which it is deleted. If a transaction is completed, data is kept for the statutory tax and commercial limitation periods.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to inmodesju@inmodesju.com.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Automated processing

When you contact us on WhatsApp, an automated assistant may ask a few questions to understand what you are looking for and send you matching properties. This selection has no legal or similarly significant effect on you: it is an indicative shortlist that a person always reviews before the conversation continues. You may ask to speak to an agent at any time.
